Embarking on a French adventure.
I'm heading out for a long weekend in the south of France to attend my dear friend Aurore's wedding. I am so happy that I will have the chance to celebrate with her and her family, especially since I won't see them again before I leave. I think it will be quite the adventure, though. I know nothing besides the name of the town where I will be picked up from the train and the name of the village where the wedding is happening. I'm pretty sure that I will be the only guest who doesn't speak a word of French (I'm pretty sure that being able to say "I am a ghost" in French doesn't count). And, of course, the train workers in this region are on strike this weekend, so it is unclear how far I will get or if I will get stranded somewhere in the middle of nowhere France. Should be an adventure, whatever happens!
