Not yet tired of my walk home.

I am not yet tired of my walk home from work that I discovered earlier this spring. You might wish that I would stop taking photos on the same walk, but I just think that it is beautiful every time I walk home, especially now that spring has come and everything is green and blooming. I can't get over the fact that this is the fastest route (on foot) to get between my home and work. Zürich is such a great little city!

Last week, when it was spring, I walked home from work around sunset and took some photos at the top of the hill. I love it here!

Getting lost on the Züriberg.

Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day here in Zürich, and I decided to go for a walk in the forest above my house, on the Züriberg. I had never gone this far up in the forest, and I didn't exactly know where I was. Strangely enough, the only other person I met was an American woman who was lost and asked for directions... But it was really beautiful and quiet. I love winter days in the forest, and I really appreciate that I can walk 15 minutes and be in the woods. Hooray for sun and being outside!

My new favorite walk.

Today I discovered a really nice walking route (~40 min) between my work and home that runs along the forest and has only 5-ish minutes on any busy roads. It's nice to get out for a good walk, especially since the sun peeked out today, meaning I got to enjoy the sunset on my frosty walk home. I think I'll be doing this more often!
