Today Stefanie and I celebrated Thanksgiving (super early, I know, but things are busy from now until forever after this weekend). We cooked all day and made all of the essentials: chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes, green bean hotdish, sweet potato hotdish, stuffing, and pecan pie. We had a lot of fun together cooking, and the meal was excellent! I'm really glad that I've been able to celebrate Thanksgiving each year I've been here!
